Dat Le is a collaborative art director and designer based in Houston.

For over a decade, Dat has helped brands of all sizes bring their missions to life and engage audiences in ways that are meaningful, memorable and enduring.

He excels at shaping high-level brand strategy and systems while remaining deeply involved in execution—bringing ideas to life from concept through completion as both a strategic thinker and hands-on maker.

Outside of work, Dat is probably repping the Philadelphia Eagles—football season or not.

You can find him in the driveway with his daughter, sketching colorful chalk dinosaurs, or crouching around the aisles of his local library, hunting for books to share with her.

Experience

  • Langrand is a creative think tank, specializing in strategy, design and the spaces where they intersect.

    I led day-to-day creative and production efforts for B2B healthcare and public sector clients, including Anthem BlueCross BlueShield.

    Over time, I became the longest-tenured full-time team member and took on a leadership role within the creative department. I was responsible for facilitating weekly team meetings—guiding thoughtful discussions, encouraging collaboration, and strengthening cross-functional cohesion.

    In 2022, I took time away from my professional career to focus on being a full-time stay-at-home father following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Richards/Carlberg was a Houston-based satellite agency of The Richards Group.

    Joining the team directly out of college as a full-time Art Director Intern, I quickly gained practical, cross-functional experience by collaborating closely with all departments across the agency. The small team structure provided an immersive environment that accelerated my creative development and strategic understanding.

  • B.S. Advertising + Business Foundations Certification

    I completed Texas Creative, a world-renowned creative advertising portfolio program housed within the Stan Richards School of Advertising & Public Relations. I collaborated closely with copywriters to develop campaigns from initial concept all the way through execution.
