Creative Meetings
As a company leader, I was entrusted with facilitating weekly creative department meetings—guiding strategic discussions, identifying opportunities for improvement, planning for the future, and fostering a collaborative team environment.







Our philosophy on why we should even have weekly creative meetings in the first place: most of the time, we're all diligently working on different parts of the ship, but it's good to get on deck to see what we're all collectively working towards.
When COVID-19 disrupted in-person operations in 2020, I successfully transitioned our creative meetings to a virtual format—maintaining collaboration, engagement, and momentum. To build anticipation and boost morale, I created and shared playful banner graphics before each meeting, adding a personal and energizing touch to our remote routine.
My favorite part of leading creative meetings was hearing everyone’s perspectives and hashing things out together in real time. There’s a certain magic in the spontaneous energy of collaboration—when ideas evolve, sharpen, and take shape through open dialogue.
At Langrand, I had the opportunity to demonstrate my passion for fostering strong connections and cultivating a sense of team—making everyone feel seen and valued, regardless of their role or background.
